Supreme Court Verdict – CBI Will Investigate Sushant Singh Rajput Case

The Supreme Court has given its verdict today in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The SC has ordered a CBI inquiry into the matter and said that the Maharashtra government should cooperate with the CBI and also help in providing documents related to all the investigations. The court has asked the CBI to take up the cases related to Sushant Singh Rajput death cause in future. The Supreme Court has said in its ruling that it should be ensured that the CBI is the investigating agency to investigate the mystery behind Sushant Singh Rajput death and no state police interferes with his investigation.

Bihar Government Empowered To Give Sushant Singh Rajput Case To CBI

The Supreme Court said that the CBI is not only capable of investigating the FIR case of Patna but any further case is registered in this case, it will look into the CBI. The Supreme Court said that the Bihar government has the right to refer the case filed on the complaint of Sushant’s father to the CBI. The Supreme Court said that the Maharashtra Police should cooperate with the CBI because now the order of the CBI investigation is of the Supreme Court. Sushant’s father’s lawyer Vikas Singh told NBT that the Supreme Court has made it clear in its order that the Bihar government is competent to refer the case for CBI investigation. The case filed in Patna is valid.

Supreme Court Sought Written Replies Related To Sushant Singh Rajput Death From All The Parties

The matter was in the Supreme Court regarding who has the right to investigate the death and find Sushant Singh Rajput death cause as quick as possible. The Supreme Court sought written replies from all the parties. Written answers were given by the Bihar government, Riya Chakraborty and Sushant’s family to the Supreme Court. At the same time, a written reply was given by the CBI in the Supreme Court. It has said in response that the court should allow the CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) to continue their investigation.
